- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪No explanation on anything and have been waiting to see my grandma for almost 4 hours after an 1 1/2 hour surgery. Dr came said she was on a vent then we haven't heard anything for 2 hours until we demanded to know how she was doing. Continued to wait to see her for another 2 hours!! With no updates, when asked about updates the desk lady said "we don't give reports" ....I work in health care and this is the poorest basic service I have ever seen.
