  I have called over and over and no one answers the phone. After I finally did reach someone, she said she cannot schedule my husband for an apt w/o a referral even though my insurance does not require one, and even though he had a sleep study done 3 yrs ago that resulted in sleep apnea diagnosis. The insurance is making him do another sleep study because the other one is too 'old'. We already know he has sleep apnea, that doesn't change. I called his primary care to get a referral and the secretary said the dr would have to see him first. Even though he can't do anything to treat it (?) Since it is Sept now there is no reason to go through all of this nonsense, because I am sure it will be months and months before anything is actually scheduled and by then (Jan) our ins will change over to Cox, and our deducible will be so high we can't use it. Therefore he will continue to be untreated.
