  I guess I've been a client of this agency close to 6 years give or take and I have found the staff to excel at customer service. As a business owner myself there are times that I forget to call a customer back or I'm late in returning a call so I know issues come up, so I'll willingly overlook the couple of times that they may not have met my expectations because on more occasions than not they'll exceed the level of support I need to have something answered. I would and do recommend Randy Peper and his staff for insurance because since moving to MO about 15 years ago I have found State Farm to be a company easy to do business with. I have several life policies, a home policy, and about 6 vehicle policies through this agency.

  I really appreciate the whole staff at this particular State Farm office. Randy in particular has really gone out of his way to make sure that my wife and I are getting the best options that fit our budget. Randy and his team have never pressured us into buying anything from them, but instead make sure I am well taken care of as where I am in my stage of life changes.
