  BAD BAD BAD BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! My father called to see if he could take his dog in to get the dog nails trimmed as a walk in. The Receptionist said sure come on in anytime. My father in bad health, no transportation walked 2 miles to get his dog nails trimmed. When he arrived, receptionist tells my father he needs an appointment. My father explains he called, was told to come on in anytime. Have mind you the weather is hot and he explained he had walked all the way there and was told to come in. He was NOT told by appointment only over the phone. The receptionist turned him away.

  I.used to love Galloway but the heart seems to be gone. Profit > pets Very sad to post this as I was a big fan. I hope to edit this in the future saying things have improved.
